  Virginia the front cash manager is miserable, and has a horrible attitude! What’s up your but? Returned 2 rock frying pans to exchange for “the rock frying pan set” because it was half the price, she caused the biggest scene because I returned it. She kept going on saying the pan was warped but it was brand new! She kept insisting on me going to exchange it at “the sunrise Canadian tire” since I bought it there. She didn't look at me when she talked and was too busy standing on her pedestal. Very disappointed by this so called managers behaviour. She should be written up. Get a job where you don't have to talk to customers if you are going to be rude. I’m reporting you to head office

  Virginia the front cash manager today. Ibwent to price match a coffee maker. Didn't even care and was the rudest person I have ever spoken too. She basically didn't look at me when she talked and was too busy standing on her pedestal. Very disappointed by this store, especially behaviour from a manager. She should be written up or worse fired for this. Get a job where you don't have to talk to customers if you are going to be rude.

  I visited this Canadian Tire location last night with my 12 year old daughter, we were looking for a bike for her. I cannot say enough about the service we received from Erik. He made my daughter feel like choosing a bike for her was his top priority! He let her try the bike, he showed her how to tune it, he found her a matching helmet and we left that store smiling from ear to ear. Just wanted to say "thank you so much Erik", you made that purchase so enjoyable!!! Trish Waterloo

  Customer service is fantastic at this location. Never have to look around for someone to help you. I recently needed to install new parts on my mountain bike and Erik there was so extremely helpful.

  This store has a decent amount of inventory but 5 stars because their customer service is top notch. Erik is sports was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the best products I needed. If you need something sports related I’d suggest asking for him.
