  I love this store! It have just about anything I need! The store is large, clean and the staff is very helpful! They don't hesitate to ask when you look lost looking for something! I have had excellent service at the Auto Centre as well! I have had some work done there recently and John and his staff are complete professionals. Great communication with their customers and work that is done in a timely manner; and done correctly!

  Justin the shop Foreman is a very skilled and knowledgeable Technician. Lisa is a great people person, and Hedayat is learning quickly. The new Service Manager is a numbers guy, who lacks decency and a desire to see people succeed. Its clear he could care less about the people who work for him. He himself deserves a poor review, but that would take away from the excellent work his staff are capable of. The quality of work Justin performed on my vehicle was top notch, its too bad the manager is not a good person and mistreats his staff. Avoid the Manager, and expect good service from Justin, Cody or Kyle. These guys are good at what they do ! five stars for the boys in the shop and the Underpaid/overworked service advisors at the front !

  Huge place, *almost* everything you could ask for, but they didn't have an 8-inch #2 Phillips-head screwdriver with a magnetic tip! Oh well, I got the one without the magnetic tip, and I bought a magnet-on-a-handle tool, so I'm happy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I don't know why they didn't give me any Canadian Tire money, I'll ask for it next time. It just doesn't seem like a trip to Canadian Tire if they don't give you any Canadian Tire money. ---- Update, 8 March 2018 ---- The 8-inch #2 Phillips-head screwdriver *does* have a magnetic tip, it just wasn't stated on the packaging. So I didn't need the magnet-on-a-handle tool after all, but I'll keep it. I'll be on the lookout for a fountain that people have been throwing coins into.

  Not bad, people are really nice and the managers on the floor really know their stuff. The guy I spoke with taught me so much about the tools I wanted to buy for my husband's Christmas was amazing. The bathroom are clean and the place is well lit up. Automotive is really busy and hard to ask questions or make appointments with but that's the only negative.
