  Très peu de personnel, il faut attendre très longtemps avant de trouver qqun pour avoir du service. Dès qu'on a trouvé qqun, cet employé est souvent déjà avec d'autres clients. Mercredi passé était la 3e fois que je m'y rendais pour acheter un vélo. Les autres fois, je n'ai pu acheter car soit le vélo que je voulais n'était pas à ma taille, soit il n'y avait plus en stock. Cette fois-ci je me suis assurée qu'il y en avait en stock en vérifiant leur site internet....il n'était pas monté!!! Après avoir attendu 30 min pour avoir du service, on me dit qu'ils ne monteront le vélo que si je le paye. Arrivée à la caisse, seulement 2 caisses d'ouvertes, 8 clients à chaque caisses... j'attend encore 10min pour que ce soit mon tour. La caissière avait l'air fatiguée et stressée...understaff comme ça je peux comprendre! Elle a oublié de prendre en note mon nom et numéro de téléphone alors je lui ai rappelé (il faut bien que je sache quand mon vélo sera monté...). On m'avait dit que le vélo devrait normalement être prêt 2 jours plus tard. Aujourd'hui est la 3e journée et tjrs pas d'appel reçu....à suivre

  Noticed a screw in my tire and that it was leaking air. Showed up around 8 o'clock, couple mechanics standing around not much to do, 2 cars in the shop and one person waiting. Employee told me he's "fully booked" till the next day. Proceeded to take me down an aisle of the store and show me kits of how to repair the problem myself. So he took 10 minutes of his time to show me how it's "easy" to fix all the meanwhile could've taken a look at my car and done it himself which I don't understand at all! I'm no mechanic, I have no experience and certainly wouldn't attempt this myself, which is why I went to his shop. Ultimately left disappointed, will be going to a different mechanic in the morning, hopefully my tire stays intact until then. Likely won't be going to this mechanic for future assistance, they don't seem to eager to accept and help clients.

  Went there on feb23 to change a flat tire. They put on the spare 2 days later I was driving and a heard a noise. Went to investigate. Found out that all the bolts I could move with my hand!!! Very dangerous. I called to complain someone called me back when I told them what had happen, they said they were going to find out what went wrong and call me back... well it’s been more then a month and still have not heard anything!! Beware of their services !!!!

  Pire service à vie. J'ai dû payer pour une réparation dont je n'avais pas demandé l'entretient ayant seulement demandé un estimé... Martin du service à l'auto à tenu des propos HOMOPHOBES mon égard. J'en ai fait part à son supérieur: Dercio qui a protégé son employé et qui n'a pas fait de suivi. Très désolant en 2018. Les mentalités n'ont pas changées. Pour ma part et celle de mes proches cet endroit est banni.
