  I scheduled an appointment for a simple headlight bulb replacement a full week in advance. I will never visit Canadian tire again and was amazed by the lack of professionalism. Despite having an appointment, my car was not brought into the garage until 45 min after I arrived. They quickly determined I needed a bulb socket, and I waited 2 hours while they got the part, only for them to discover another 45 minutes later they ordered the wrong part, and the do not have the part available! If this information was shared in the first 30 minutes I arrived, I would not have wasted my whole Saturday.

  What a great team. I was in a small accident earlier this afternoon and needed my tire replaced. They managed to squeeze me in to their fully booked afternoon and had me back on the road in about an hour! I use my car for work so I was anxious to have it in shape for the following morning. They were very kind, professional and accommodating. Sorry to say I can’t remember the name of the man I initially spoke with. My tire was still under the regular warranty from late last year and so the entire ordeal came to only 32$ in the end after labour and taxes. They were lovely and their service was a great experience.

  I would like to thanks their service advisors and technicians provided such a professional and honesty service. My Honda civic had a battery light came on last week. Then I drove it to their garage immediately and tell them the problem. They quickly checked my battery and do some check . Then they told me they checked my alternator is not working because one of the wire is damaged looks like from animals. Then they just fixed the wire for me and recharged battery with a reasonable price. Thanks for them for being honest not to replace my battery and alternator instead.☺️
