  Called in to get an appointment to get tires put on, told to come on in the morning u want them done no problem. Get in the guy says “cant guarantee anything. Leave your keys and maybe this afternoon.” And they dont take appointments cuz they are too busy. But if you took appointments you wouldnt have disappointed customers.

  Do not waste your hard earned money here, you deserve better! Completely incompetent and unaccountable. Please don’t be dumb, spare yourself and be better for it. Do not spend your money here! Absolutely one of the worst examples of competent management and front line staff! Cannot complete simple tasks, like providing cogent explanations on the services rendered or costs associated, as well as the ability to follow a timeline, or maintain organization of work orders. Do not use this place for anything unless you yourself are looking for utter and total disorganization, and disrespectful interactions. I have worked in front line retail, tough job when customers needs aren’t met, and emotional responses take over. That being said, poor leadership and what appears to be a caustic work environment leads to exactly what you will experience here: poor workmanship, a complete and total garbage experience; and worse yet, a colossal waste of your hard earned cash! This place deserves zero stars.

  Great staff that are customer friendly & super knowledgeable in their departments. I absolutely enjoyed my experience here, would recommend this business to anyone.

  After having a flat tire along the highway I stopped into Canadian Tire to get the tire repaired. Unfortunately there were cords showing and the tire couldn't be fixed. I was also having an issue with the air ride suspension on my pickup due to the extreme cold. The manager, Connor, offered to park my pickup inside to let it warm up. Connor then looked on his computer to try and find a replacement tire the same as the damaged one. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I was shown and would highly recommend this Canadian Tire Store.

  I bought 4 Michelin winter tires from this location not too long ago. They saved me big money. I drove a Honda. if I were to go to Honda dealership, it would have costed me $70 more per tire! Money is only one thing, what’s more, the mechanics here took their time to get it right. Now, the wheels are perfectly balanced! Only till now, I understand why my car would steer to one side before... thanks! They deserve 5 stars
