  Less pedestrian friendly than it used to be. If you take the bus or walk you now have to go to the back parking lot

  Great location, lots of parking. Easy access to the Automotive section. Went in looking for wiper blades, managed to find a driver's side on my own, but needed help finding a passenger side, finding help was brutal, no one in sight. Eventually after walking around and waiting 15 mins. An associate finally called someone in the department for help. Location was great, service can definitely improve on.

  The woman at the counter was very polite and knowledgeable but that's where the positive experience ends. Charged me a hundred bucks for an engine diagnostic and they never figured out what was wrong with it. Then they pushed me to purchase further diagnostic work from them. The guy tried to convince me that it was the computer when it turned out to be a worn out timing belt. Don't bother with these fools.

  Called ahead to see if they had two products in stock and was assured they did. Went there and they had neither and it took 15 minutes to actually get someone to help tell me they did not have the items in stock as promised on the phone. One was 15 amp mini-breaker fuses. The other was poison pest baits. Both staple items for a hardware store. They did have regular 15amp fuses at a 40% higher price than the Circle K corner store. Nobody knowledgeable or helpful on floor. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone, traveling there and in store only to leave empty handed. Save your time and just go somewhere else.

  I was in for routine maintenance on my vehicle and it was done quickly and efficiently. However, a seemingly small error on their part caused a major issue. After bringing my vehicle back to them, their service manager Ralph called me directly to give me the bad news. He was respectful, informative and accommodating. They agreed without hassle to cover the very expensive repair and a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. I was not impressed by the hassle this caused but I was very impressed with how they handled it.
