  Interesting clientele that comes in.. Not too many great sales but the place isn't crazy busy so they got that. They also have a friendly staff

  Asked them to do a simple job on my car (replace a fuse). They insisted i take an hour long diagnosis even though i knew the problem. Wanted to charge me 120$ so that a high school student could poke around and get his hands dirty. I just bought the fuse and fixed it myself for 5$

  Smaller than other Canadian tire stores, and it looks like it could use some renos. The sales are usually pretty good and they offer a great warranty on their products. It's a bit difficult to find staff when you're looking for help. Most of them are close to the cash registers, or customer service counter. There's a gas station at this location which makes it convenient. Only other issue is getting in/out of the parking lot because it's on a busy intersection.

  This place is going down with a bullet. By far THE worse Canadian tire in Ottawa. The place isn't organized and the staff, oh don't even get me started on the staff. They are so mean and cruel and at times it feels like they gang up on you. Manager James is a complete tool and not understanding at all. Their policies are always sketchy and it's discretionary rather than policy which means if you get a person who's having a bad day working at customer service desk, you can bet you're not going to be happy with the results of the request for return or exchange. Try to avoid if possible and go to the one on Coventry or Blair. N Good luck everyone.

  They have a wide assortment of things, so I generally know they'll have what I'm looking for. Found some good Christmas decorations on a great discount. Dayna was incredibly friendly and helpful! If you're not sure if they carry something, check it out online before visiting.
