  The people that order in the product for the fishing department are completely incompetent between salmon an bass gear it's just flat out sad

  Prices didn't match, Manager incompetent and can't do her job.. As mentioned below, the manager there can't do her job properly. She had signs up that had wrong pricing so when we went to buy it, she then said no she wouldn't honor that price that she put up.. Then she tried to blame us the customer for putting an item in a bin with the wrong pricing.. I had to take her to show her that I didn't and there was multiple items in the bin that she screwed up. Again she didn't want to honor the price she put up. This is an ongoing issue with this Manager and she needs to get let go or do her job. I think I'm going to go to Cabelas online or Basspro online, screw this place! it's overpriced anyways.

  Absolutley horrible customer service straight from the manager.. The signs on the clothing racks diddnt make sence so my wife asked what clothing was on sale .. So the manager sent a staff member over they put the sign on the clothing rack and my wife was told all the shirts on that rack were on sale .. So we grabbed some and went to the till when it was rung up the wrong price came up .. We pointed it out to the manager and her responce was to walk over to the rack where they just put the sign up and tear it down ... Diddnt get the shirts.. All we got was a hassle... great looking store but the staff .. The manager expecially need some customer service tips .. Rude .. Disrespectfull..and honestly could care less .
