I remember having a decent experience when I bought a small souvenir for a friend here. I paid $3.38 CAD with a five dollar bill. They had a decent selection of products. I would come back to this location.

This place is tops for selection. Hands down the very best selection of Canadian goods and souvenirs, I have seen anywhere! I didn't end up buying anything this day but I will go back. Prices are high, as they are in Eaton's center. Look at the pics I posted and see for yourself the quality of much of the merchandise. I found some very unique items.

My mother and I changed our minds about buying from this place after witnessing how offensive the shop assistant was to another customer. The assistant was rude and abrupt, sighed a lot and wouldn't even look the customer in the face. She acted as if the customer was an idiot and a nuisance. The assistant then attempted to laugh it off and expected us to join in and be complicit in her actions. They lost out big time as this was our final shopping trip for souvenirs. Never going in one of their shops again.

disappointed and horrible experience with extreme RUDE sales persons, price marked up, buy your souvenirs somewhere else. PS: They don't take cash over 20 cad bill and will give you a lecture and will reject your money when you only got (one 50cad bill and 5cad bill in your wallet)to buy merchandise cost 9cad. Will Never go there again.

Horrible shop tried to charge me 40$ for a pen and notebook and blamed it on our tax... Math is one of my strongest subjects and that's not how it works... Decided to just leave the items at the desk and leave the shop. Then went to Dollarama and got the exact thing for 5$. Just was curious so I went to another Canadian gift shop and it was 10$! So it's not because it's a gift shop it's expensive.. It's the shop itself!
