  Poor customer service. We gave them many chances to redeem themselves but they didnt seem to address what we required. I would not recommend this company to any other business. **Update Feb 01 - They have now stooped to a new low and decided that taking us to a collections agency was the right way to fix the relationship. Thumbs up Canadian Linen. Keep it classy!**
