  I found the service and quality of the staff who work here extremely poor for the following reasons: 1) the staff are not adequately trained and as a result give WRONG and misleading information regarding standard post office procedures 2) customer service is NOT a priority here - you will wait for long periods of time without acknowledgement or apologies from staff while they all work at a snail's pace figuring out the most basic of problems 3) even a simple package pickup can take upwards of 15 min from my experience - the staff are simply clueless. Do not waste your time here - walk one block up to the next post office where the service is amazing and you're guaranteed things will go smoothly.

  I second the above rater. Morning lady was very rude. Talking bad about the customer before me and looks annoyed at me as well. Should not work at any customer related jobs. Could rate zero if there is.

  the clerk gave me the wrong information about when the package would arrive. I followed up twice with them and the package still did not arrive. Staff not knowledgeable.

  This is one of the best post offices in Vancouver. Very postal and definitely an office.

  I love this post office. I sent to my country for present to my family. And actually I didn't know that I can put all of letter together in same bag. Because when I send to them before, I always separate together. And I thought they charge weight of letters. However Surprisingly, it was still same price. 1 pack = 6 letters = same price as one letter. I saved 15$ because of great service. By the way This post office is at Rexall mall in building.
