  I ordered a 115$ package and they delivered it to my neighbors house instead of me. No signature was required and I was home. Now they've lost my sketchbooks!

  Horrible piss poor service!!! Two parcels that I spent $100 on total dissapeared off the face of the earth! Cant get refunded cause the closed the claim before it even got resolved and constant go around where it was we will check with the mail person hut they wont remember far back! Worst experience ever!! I suggest if you want to recieve your parcel go through grey hound!

  Let me start by saying, I never leave bad reviews but this is awful. I ordered something from Vancouver on October 2nd with express shipping, so like 2-3 days tops. It is now the 11th at 3:10pm and I am still not able to get my package. The delivery person didn't even knock yesterday, he dropped two packages for my sister on the mat, so we heard someone at the door, but by the time I got there, he was already in his truck again, with an "attempted" delivery notice saying I could get it tomorrow (today) after noon, but it's still not there. Shouldn't it go back to the store at the end of the day? To give an idea, I could have flown there and back over 200 times. Do the delivery people end their work shift after they finish "delivering" packages? Is that why they just don't care? This seriously needs to change.
