We recently built our gaming tower. We picked up everything we needed from the Bank Street store. We got our monitor from their Merivale branch. The staff being gamers themselves were very knowledgeable in assisting us and pointing out possible flaws in our build. Our go to for parts and advice.

Glad to have a decent computer store downtown. This place has some of the best prices in town. I've had mixed feelings about the staff, though. At times I've had someone ask me if I needed help and be completely useless. Other times, the staff behind the counter knew what they were talking about but were pretty condescending. And at times, cheerful, pleasant and helpful.

Ridiculous! Ordered a couple customized computer here in the past week or so. Some of the parts stop functioning after a couple minutes. They claimed that they tested it out before giving it to us. Unbelievable. Worst experience ever. Will not be ordering anything from here ever. My friend is too nice to put up his review so I will be doing him a favor and doing future customers a favor. He bought a few items that was defected and couldn't returned it. Nothing more to say.

Went in to buy a new lens for my camera. They told me I was not allowed in the store wearing a backpack and needed to give it to them if I wanted to shop. I refused to do so and left. I walked 2 minutes up the road to Henry's and purchased my lens there instead, where they were happy to help me. Don't treat your customers like thieves if you want their business. I normally do not have a problem with Canada Computers, but I will not return to this location while they continue to do so.
