  Great selection of beads and supplies. I felt that some of the prices were a bit higher than. Michaels for some of the non-precious stone beads. It was nice to see a variety of sizes for each bead. The ladies weren't pushy or rude at all. They greeted me when I came in, told me they were there when I needed it, and gave me a tray to assist my shopping. Great experience!

  This is a retailer with the utmost commitment to pleasing customers. The store is large, well lit and wonderfully spread out for appropriate browsing. The staff are always courteous and helpful. Indeed, there often feels to be something of a social gathering place to this store. I have even been there a few times when they are serving food and drinks to all of the customers who drop in. I have never experienced such a welcoming atmosphere anywhere else. With regards to the shopping they have really worked hard at bringing in difficult to obtain items for me. I wish more retailers would take note of this place and emulate it.

  The owner, in my opinion, was very rude the few times I shopped there. I found lots of great suppliers online who have high quality merchandise at good prices with volume discounts and excellent customer service so I never returned.
