  Needed car key's laser cut for a SAAB, hard pressed to find anyone else in the city who would be able to do the job. Went to Calgary Lock & Safe and they were quick, efficient, and managed to cut my blank perfectly for the car! Definitely happy with their services and would highly recommend!

  Very Happy With my experience I had today, after issues with my current locksmith and then having to call 12 locksmiths after that you were my last call, I was able to get my key cut by code with no problem! Very little wait time. I really appreciate the help as I was in a hurry, staff were very pleasant to deal with as well. Thanks again!

  I called Calgary Lock and Safe for emergency help with an antique safe. They were so helpful and were able to trouble shoot with me over the phone. The safe is at least 80 years old, but the folks I spoke with were super knowledgable and helpful. They talked me through several possible solutions until we got the safe open! Amazing service - I couldn’t be more impressed with them.

  Wonderful service and staff! I went there to get my car door lock fixed for the first time, they managed to fix it then a couple weeks later it started to lock up again. I called they told me to come in they fixed it again under warranty no questions asked. A few months past(warranty expired) the door locks I give them a call, Steve R tells me to bring my car in and does one of the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced. They gave me a new key(old key warn out), re chipped the ignition and fixed the lock. I only paid for the new key which they took half the cost, I was very impressed and great full. Thank you!! Steve, Mason and the awesome staff!!!

  Very Expensive!! Stay clear. They charge $76.00 just to drive and knock on your door and before they do anything else they will charge you $90.00/ hour. You pay $76.00 dollars for them to do nothing. Ridiculous!! I am a service plumber and if a plumber is saying "that's crazy expensive" you better beware of these guys!! Response from the owner 6 months ago "Hi Craig. Do you have any more details on to what exactly was expensive? Surely we'll have a solution that will meet your price expectation." I am sorry for my late reply as I have not used your company since. To be more specific in what my price expectations are. The biggest issue I had was the explanation I received for the $76.00 just to knock on the door, it was explained as a truck fee. I am aware other companies in other fields also have this "truck fee" and that charge is a means to milk the customer for more profit. This extra fee, at the very least should be explained on the phone prior to showing up to the customer to avoid surprise and allow the customer the option to decline your service completely. In my opinion. This was not the case in my experience. Other companies do not have this fee and will even give free estimates. A truck fee for any location inside the city limits is ridiculous, you already charge $90/ hour, that should cover your truck fee in the city. As a service plumber I am $90/hour minimum which includes travel inside the city limits (no truck fees). That is reasonable. But $76.00 to ring/knock on my door and not lift a tool or look at the required job, essentially do nothing, then another $90/hour to actually pick up a tool and do the job, "that's crazy expensive" in my opinion. I hope I am clear enough for you!
