::I brought in a VHS tape from when I was a child to transfer it onto a DVD as a birthday present to my mom. The service was so friendly, and the process was faster than I anticipated. This store and staff is amazing and I'm so glad they opened a new location closer to myself!

::I brought an old picture of my great grandparents in, needing it enlarged and framed as a gift for my grandma's birthday. They had to do some restoration work to it, to get rid of some damage and discoloration. They did a wonderful job, and it looks sharp and clear in its new frame. Grandma is going to love it!

::Awesome customer service and super friendly staff. Went in for newborn passport photos. Very pleased that they have a light table for babies who cannot yet hold themselves up and a baby seat for those who are slightly older. Quite expensive for passport photos ($25) but they did guarantee them.
