Was not surprised to see all other reviews here about customer service. I came here from the library next door to finish my call. I politely told a waiter that I will order coffee once I am done with the call. In the next 45 minutes, a waiter and then his manager in a very aggressive way approached me and said that I have to buy something right now and I cannot just sit here and talk on the phone. This is extremely rude! Never coming here back again.

This cafe has the worst customer service in town. Especially watch out for Norman, the guy with glasses and black shirt. He was extremely rude and yelled at myself and my family to order food and drinks. He even asked us to move from one area to another when the cafe was not even half full with customers. There're lots of places nearby with much better food quality with same prices, and more importantly, much better service than this cafe at City Hall. Will never go back. Ever. Again.

Worst customer service ever. These guys are rude. That is their normal. I went with my family, 6 adults and 3 kids. None of us will go again. The cashier was arguing with me for no reason. He wants us to buy drinks because we stayed long time after our lunch. That is okay if he asked nicely. Why to be angry front of kids and family. I think the guy's name is Norman. We bought some drinks and left. It is a shame we have such a bad place in the city hall.

Norman, has very poor customer service skills. He was sloppy with cleaning tables. He just walked into people and yelled at them for their order. I hope he is let go or ill never go here again.

A good and nice place right at Nathan Phillips Square next to Toronto City Hall. It serves pizza, sandwiches, cookies, coffee, and a variety of lunch menus like chicken, fish, pasta, burger, veggies, and a lot more.
