::The best coffee shop in Quebec, by far. They carry a great selection of coffees which they roast at their warehouse. You can try any of their beans in an espresso, Americano, etc...the owner and baristas are so sweet and knowledgeable. We have an excellent coffee roaster here in Calgary, The Roasterie, which I miss when I am away, so it was great to connect with Cafe Castelo. For non-coffee drinkers, they make a superb hot chocolate.

::The owner is nice. She makes beautiful flowers ateliers as well as exposing art in her cafe. Therefore the decoration changes very often. It s good to go for a coffee, but not ideal to study or work from there. The wifi is very good but the tables are so small and there are only one place with power (sockets). In terms of coffee, very wide range, well served -> good and impressive.

::Delicious for a coffee to go or for coffee beans in bulk. I'm pretty sure it is the highest quality of coffee in town and the friendly staff sure knows its stuff. On the down side, it is often empty and the decor is a bit cold.
