  I had originally acquired a mortgage with a different broker but after delays and expiration time on mortgages it left me looking for better rates. I discovered Butler Mortgage on the website LowestRates.ca and am I ever glad I did. Their service was beyond excellent the staff was very friendly, easy to communicate with and made sure to keep me in the loop of things that I shouldn't have been left out of in regards to legal/builder conversations. Butler Mortgage keeps professionalism at the top of their priority list add to the fact that they pass on competitive rates or lower that point to an overall great reward to their clients. 5 stars well deserved, keep up the great work!!

  I must admit that my experience was extremely good with Butler mortgage. Staff are very knowledgeable, provide great advise, are prompt to response and efficient. They found me the best rates so I didn't have to spend my time shopping around.
