  Pretty simple place. Sales staff were too busy on their phones for me to ask a few questions but I'm told the tools are pretty good. So my rating might change after I use them a while.

  Ordered a Dewalt cordless chainsaw online. Several weeks pass without delivery. My account said it had been shipped but apparently they just ran out and canceled my order without even informing me. Nice job Busy bee. I still don't understand how businesses can do this kind of thing and expect to compete with Amazon.

  Great selection and prices, and helpful staff. Definitely the best store for metalworking tools in the Ottawa area.
