  J'ai attendu littéralement 1h pour faire imprimer des cartes d'affaires. Pire service client, la préposée à l'impression est même allée en pause pendant qu'elle me servait, j'ai donc due attendre un autre 15 minutes supplémentaires. L'enfer.

  Mauvaise expérience concernant ce Bureau en gros. Nous attendions pour faire relier des documents...5 minutes... 10 minutes... Deux personnes sont venues nous voir pour nous dire qu'elles étaient occupées. 20 minutes plus, nous attendons toujours! Nous avons finalement quitté sans avoir pu relier nos documents. Sur les 9 employés présents dans le magasin, 4 servaient des clients, les autres jasaient! N'y allez pas si vous êtes pressés ;)

  Experienced many customer service and print quality problems at the copy center. Documents sent outside the internal copy center came back the next day fine but any color documents printed on the machines at this location were not the same quality and color accuracy. When I attempted to complain the managers were very rude and told me to take my business somewhere else. Even though I could clearly see the differences in comparing the 2 documents side by side, one printed at their location and the other printed offsite at the staples/bureau en gros central, they didn't seem to care. Will never go back there again for any printing needs.

  Super helpful with my difficult print job, exceeded expectations both in product knowledge and service delivery! Very nice and friendly staff!
