  Website claims to have trucks ready to be reserved but won't accept payment. Only to go in to find out they don't have anything available. Called their office to see if anything was available close by to no luck. Would of been a decent price wise if I actually got the truck.

  I'm not sure where these previous reviews came from; but in the past week I've rented 2 - 5 ton trucks from this establishment, and I had nothing but a pleasant experience. Very down to earth & friendly staff, competitive prices and clean vehicles . What else can you expect from a vehicle rental agency? I will not be taking my business anywhere else.

  The rental was no problem and the staff were friendly and efficient. The car wasn't ready at the agreed pick up time so the upgraded us.

  I rent vehicles for the company I work for from this location all the time with minimal issues. I decided to rent a 16' truck for personal. It was the worst experience I ever had!! The guy at the front desk was reading and answering his text messages while drawing up our paper work. Then when we finally received our truck, is was filthy. I will definitely be looking at other rental companies. Feel bad for my fellow employees.

  I'm a tourist guide, and needed a 9 pax vehicle for a group for one day. Budget had the perfect car for me: a Ford Transit, new, clean, with all the bells and whistles. Service was fast, efficient, and professional. And I got a discount with my Costco card.
