  I have rented a car from this location about 6 times since beginning of March. This past weekend when I went to return the car, I filled up and when I parked so the needle move a little. So I told budget I just filled up but for some reason the needle moved. I still had an hour left on my rental and told him if it's not full, I will go fill it up. I thought it was full but wanted to make sure they understood what I saw. He returned and told me they will charge me 7 litres @ $2.95/litre. First of all, I didn't ask them to fill it up...I just wanted their advice because I had just filled it up and even offered to show the receipt. Second, when a needle is at full, how does it take 7 litres to fill up. I asked him if that even made sense. I filled up 9 litres when it was three quarters full. So he fills up 7 litres when the line is at full already. I am sorry, that doesn't make sense. In fact, it makes me wonder if it could be fixed to charge the customer. So after renting 6 times in 1.5 months and I am expecting to rent every weekend for the next 2 months at least, I know I won't be going here anymore. There are tons of places around them and have similar prices. I just don't trust these guys when they pull off something like that. Certainly don't trust their gas filling system and don't appreciate the bad customer service. All the guy had to do was come and tell me it doesn't look full. It would have only cost me $1-$2 to go get that filled instead of their "7 litres" at $21. I rather take all my rentals going forward to someone else. Can't be trusted and don't come here if you think they care about their customers.

  We showed up last minute for a car rental (on a holiday weekend). Both Wan and Jason were so kind, they were able to find us a car last minute so we were able to use the short time we had in Calgary to go and visit Lake Louise. They both went above and beyond. We will recommend them to all our friends.

  Today I arrived at 7 am at this location because I had a full size car reservation, however they gave me a downgrade car (standard car). The clerk filled out all the papers and just gave me the key, without doing the traditional car check out with me. It was a very old car with lots of damages. When I said that I didn't want the car, they just cancelled my reservation without offering me another car. The only feeling I have now is I have lost my time going there. Now i am just reducing the 5 stars that I gave to this place 8 months ago to 1 start.

  I visit this Car Rental almost every Friday for weekend car rental and the service at this Budget Car Rental location is exceptional. The hours are really convenient with a wide variety of car options available as per my requirements. A special shoutout to Harman, who always greets you with smile and warmth. He has been exceptionally well and considerate about the needs of the customers and helps you pick up the right car as per the need. I never have to wait long nor do I ever worry about the safety of the vehicles they provide me. Budget Fire hall and exceptional client focused delivery by Harman is seriously the reason that I always contemplate about buying a new car vs renting it from them and guess what, I am still renting the car from them!! Keep up the good work.

  A very special thanks and shout out to Harman. I mistakenly showed up at the wrong location for pickup. Harman helped me figure out where I was booked and told me exactly how to get there. When I shared with him the time crunch I was in, he happily and willingly made modifications to help me pick up a rental from his location.
