  Highly recommended! I have been going there since 2007 and Luis and his team have been absolutely great. After each season, I take there my black Canada Goose coat and they are able to make it look like new and they even stain the areas that have lost color. They are also good in saving my leather coats which I have also had for years. When I got married I bought a wedding dress that ended up being too big and they did an excellent alteration and after the wedding I brought back to them, they removed the long train and now I have a wonderful cocktail dress.

  Bad service quality and customer service ! I visited this store for the dry cleaning of a pair of dress pants on a Thursday. Promised to be available next day after 5pm. Went back next Monday to pick it up, was told it's not ready due to stains on my pants. I would not mind if the manager/owner simply said they made a mistake and the pants were not ready. Instead of apologizing, he put the blame on me and said the pants were not ready because they have stains on it. The pants have the usual salt stains from walking outdoor in winter, nothing major. I find the behavior of the manager/owner for putting the blame of his mistake on the customer extremely unprofessional. This dry cleaner will lose my business forever. I will go back to the Hillary dry-cleaner one block west on the same street.

  The name Browns stands for the quality of service you're receiving: Crap! Worst experience of my life. I brought in 6 items (two suit jackets and four pairs of pants) for alterations. I had major issues with 4 of the items: - The suit jackets had to be altered 3 times because they were altered to the point where I couldn't move my arms. The suit alterations even got worse by the second try at the alterations. - They momentarily lost one of my pairs of pants - The work that was supposed to be done on the pair of pants they lost was done on another one, making both pairs unwearable. - Late on multiple occasions, 4 hours late in one case. - Very poor overall customer service I have never witnessed such a display of incompetence, disorganization, lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I never plan on returning here and if offering 0 stars was a possibility, I would.

  I totally agree with another commenter that this is the "best alteration spot in town"! They've handled the alterations for all my custom-made apparel. I brought in a dress that I had purchased from abroad with very intricate and complex seaming. These guys were not only to alter the dress to my size, but also match the original seaming. The dress fits like a glove!
