  I was recommended to Renee through my soon-to-be Mother in Law and I couldn't be happier with my experience. She took an old family ring and transformed it into a gorgeous, modern, unique piece that was beyond what I even thought was possible. She listened to our vision (which I had a hard time even articulating) and was able to pull from that an absolutely perfect final product. I would recommend Britton to anyone.

  My experience and time at Britton was nothing short but amazing. I was taken by there personable approach and exceptional service. In particular Renee, she was extremely knowledgable and her personal insight not only helped with determining the perfect ring but created what was once a dream, an incredible reality.   The day I gave my fiancé her engagement ring was one of the best days of my life! The best part of the proposal was the ring. It was like handing someone a work of art! I couldn't be more impressed with my entire experience with Britton diamonds.

  I purchased a custom-made engagement ring from Britton Diamonds in the spring, and was very impressed with the quality of their product and service. I went to a handful of other ring shops and designers in Vancouver, talked to some other companies online and in the US, and found that Britton offered the best price for quality product and service. I had a particular ring design in mind, and after pitching the idea to Carlos, we worked together to make something that I was happy with and also fit into my budget. What stood out the most and what I appreciated the most about Britton Diamonds was that they were not pushy. Almost every other designer that I went to tried to up sell me, and convince to get something a little more flashy, which is not what I wanted. I told Carlos that I wanted something simple and elegant and that is what we worked towards. He gave me some great advice along the way too. I've always found that ring shops have a weird vibe, but this wasn't the case at Britton Diamond. In the end, I was very happy with the ring and my fiancee loves it! If you are in the market for a ring and are looking for a stress-free environment, great service, and a fantastic end product, I fully recommend Britton Diamonds. Carlos in particular was fantastic!
