This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. My fiance and I went the other night for date night and ordered the cashew stirfry with shrimp and the pecan-coated chicken with rice and veggies. We anticipated a pleasant dinner. We were soon to find ourselves greatly disappointed. First, the wait was 30 to 45 minutes in a restaurant that was all but bereft of diners. We plied our time sipping pop from plastic tumblers that seemed more appropriate for a roadside diner than something that is touted as a higher-end dining establishment. The stirfry came without the shrimp and the chicken was made only slightly more edible by removing the limp fatty skin from under the coating. Rather than mixed veggies, the plate came with a small handful of barely cooked greenbeans. To make up for not including the shrimp, the chef sent out a small plate of bland, butter-sauteed shrimp on a bed of plain rice. Hardly a suitable substitute. We spoke to Jessie, manager and wife of the owner who appeared to care little about a dissatisfied customer's complaints - even resentful that she had to put down her phone - and gave us nothing but haughty, superior and sarcastic attitude. Only grudgingly did she offer to discount the dinner. My fiance called to speak to the owner the next day and was promptly hung up on. After calling back, she spoke to the owner Chris who proceeded again to give nothing but attitude. Out of this entire experience, the only bright spot was our server Rebecca who did her best to attend to our needs and seemed genuinely concerned with our experience. I would not recommend Bridges to anyone and will certainly NEVER eat there again under any circumstances.

This place is a hidden gem! Nice and quiet when we went in, our server was very kind, prompt and helpful. I had Eggs Benny and they were one of the best I've ever had. Definitely going to be coming here more often!
