  These employees will go above and beyond to do everything in their power to make your dress perfect. They have a lot of selection and items go on sale. I found a dress off the rack that was discontinued so it was on sale. I did not need alterations but the zipper was broken. They fixed my zipper for free and made sure things like belt loops (for a chiffon belt) were sewed on etc. As well, my sister bought a dress and had it altered by someone else. The women at B&Bs saw that the quality was bad and they fixed someone else's mistakes! They are friendly, knowledgeable and do everything to make your dress perfect. They have wedding checklists, teeth whitening samples and just know how to make your experience a good one!

  I would advise everyone to shop elsewhere. I just picked up my bridesmaid dress and it doesn't fit right. I could not try on any samples of dresses while shopping as the store didn't carry any larger sizes of any of the dresses they sold from this designer. So I had to order it based on the staff recommendations. I had compared my measurements myself when ordering and asked about ordering the dress a size larger, but the sales associate advised me not to. Now I have a dress that doesn't fit right. Before leaving the store with my ill-fitting dress I tried it on to see what it looked like (as I stated before I couldn't try anything from this designer on before ordering). The sales associate "helping" me had talked to the semstress about ordering more lace for my dress before even asking me if I had planned on getting alterations done there. I remain convinced that the dress was ordered too small on purpose so that they could make more money off of me by doing alterations. Very poor customer service.

  My daughter and I went to one store before we went to Brides N Belles, it was ok. We then went to Brides N Belles and Cathy helped us, she listened to everything my daughter had to say, and offered suggestions. Cathy brought lots of dresses and included sale ones. Each time Cathy got closer to the one my daughter was looking for, Cathy still continued to show her other options. Then we came to one day that was absolutely beautiful, Cathy then suggested a veil,(which my daughter wasn't sure she wanted) ones it was all together it was perfect. We decided to go for lunch. We then went back to order to dress and veil. Again Cathy was so helpful, she brought over Debbie to make sure the right size was ordered. They made it a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.

  I didn't end up buying my dress here but I still wanted to comment on the store. The staff is helpful & courteous. The selection is reasonable. Overall I had a good experience in this store (especially compared to some other bridal stores in the city).
