  This spot is around the corner from where we work! Its great idea of we have a large group for lunch last minute. The staff are always nice and accommodating and there is something for everyone on the menu. Good selection of beers as well!

  Customer service here was great. Quick to respond, quick to address, and quick to take order and settle the bill, a nice surprise as most places the food is good but the service is poor. Food at this location is ok at the best. I ordered the fish and chips and substituted the chips with tater tots. Fish was battered heavily, so heavy I took the batter off and just ate the fish. Batter itself was thick and unwelcoming, very greasy and no taste, I expected lightly battered but at least it wasn't all batter and no fish. Fish itself was pretty good and full. Tarter sauce was off, tasted more like vinegar than typical tarter sauce. The coleslaw was literally chopped up cabbage with no sauce, no dressing, nothing but a lemon. I was disappointed with the whole fish and chip experience to be honest. Only thing that was good were the tater tots, but really, how can you cook tater tots wrong. Atmosphere was casual. Restaurant was very clean.

  The food here is pretty good from a pub food standard. The service can be a bit slow at times but it is generally acceptable. Beer selection is also not bad with daily specials available.

  Went for some nachos. We ordered 1 with chicken no sour cream and 1 with beef. When they came out there was sour cream all over the chicken. Not a big deal it happens. As we are waiting we try the beef. Not sure if it was the nachos or the cheese but it tasted gross. So once the chicken ones came 20 minutes later (not just saying a time it really was about 20 minutes) we tried to see if it was the beef but same gross taste. Ate very few off each (about 95% left on the plate). When they came to see how we where doing we told them about the nachos and all they did was knock a little off the one that came out with sour cream. WORST NACHOS IN THE CITY. Will not ever go back nor recommend to anyone. WASTE OF MONEY

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My co worker and I had finished up our evening and were still talking for a bit after we had paid. I watched the waitress walk around serving every table for 30 minutes and not once attempt to come back and ask us if we were doing okay or needed anything else. I was still sick and had a really sore throat causing me to keep losing my voice. I asked to speak with a manager because I didn't think it was too much to ask for our waitress to keep doing her job by even offering water which I've had at every other restaurant I've ever been to. The female manager comes around and I tell her my complaint and she accused me of being drunk. Which I wasn't. I had lost my voice from all the talking I did that day. I called Brewster's HR to formalize my complaint because I've never been so appalled. HR was great and told me they fully agreed that they would not tolerate that kind of behaviour from management and I should have just been given the water and asked if I needed anything else. They said they'd send me a gift card to make up for the terrible expense I had. This was over a month ago and I followed up about the gift card and they said that location was responsible to send it to me. I will never go back there and will never support this company ever again. None of my co workers, friends or anyone I have spoken will not be going to this location after this experience I have. It's really sad that some people just don't understand what customer service is anymore. This post doesn't even deserve a star.
