  Ils veulent même pas me rembourser après trois fours qui mon été livrer non fonctionnel . Deux mois ce sont maintenant écoulé et puis je n’ai toujours pas de four fonctionnel . Gros niaisage avec le service à la clientèle ils se calis bien de nous autres et ne nous rappellent pas .Le directeur pierre passe par 10 chemin pour essayer que je ne revoie plus mon argent .Il me dit que c’est impossible de me rembourser , en plus d’être arrogant comme un pied. Je suis à maintenant au point d’aller directement porter le four au magasin je ne peux plus supporter cela ! NACHETER JAMAIS LA BAS

  samedi le 7 avril 2018 mon épouse et moi sommes allé chez B&M sur le Blvd de la Gappe pour l'achat de draps santé au montant de $79.00 dollars taxe comprise.Le vendeur nous dit qu'il y a aucun remboursement si un défault dans le matériel seulement un échange seulement.Nous avons constaté que la dame à la réception n'a aucun intérêt au sujet du client et en demandant des renseignement elle n'a pas le temps d répondre car à ce moment elle était libre sur le téléphone et aucun client au comptoir.Ceci nous fait dire avec se genre de service nous avons décidé de ne pas faire aucune achat .De plus nous avons constaté que nous devons payer à l'avance pour voir nos achats car nous devons sortir du magasin et marcher dehors à l'arrière du magasin pour recevoir notre marchandise.Il faut se r'appeler après avoir payé si il y a un défault dans le produit le magasin ne nous rembourse pas seulemenrt un échange.Je tiens à souligner que les B&M se foute du client après vente.Ce n,est pas ma première expérience avec eu et nous avons décider de ne plus avoir a visiter les magasins de B&M.De plus de 45 reviews ont été écrite et nous pouvons constater aucune d'elle donne un bon rapport .B&M le magasin pour prendre avantage du monde.

  We purchased 2 bedroom sets with mattresses abput least than 9 years ago then purchased .dishwasher ,LG washer and dryer and upright freezer. When we got mattresses home few months later we started to have issues we were given hard time to have it replaced still not resolved but we didn't want to call due to the hassle .we passed by yesterday to check out new mattress.the rep was amazing and he advised us we should have money back in the account if mattress was bought less than 10 years so he sent to he'd office but next day he calls saying that head office said it was purchased 2006 when we purchased 2010..system shows 06.11.10 and this is Nov 06 2010 but they insist that the 06 is the year not the day... everyone is pleasant and nice there just to close sales but after that good luck getting any pleasant service ...I would never buy from them anymore

  We bought a whole bedroom set and the salesman promised that it would all be unpacked and put assembled. None of this was done! They literally ran in and dropped them off and ran out. The invoice the movers left said "to be assembled by customer." After about 3 months the bed supports broke and the bed drop two inches. I have been fighting back and forth to get proper supports. All they said is that the will replace with the same parts. The supports also gauged out my beautiful hardwood floors and there is apparently an investigation into the product. Overall I'm very frustrated with this company and won't buy anything else from there.

  Purchased a sectional couch in early December and it was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. Delivery people were an hour late and had the wrong couch. The store tells me they fixed the issue, and gave me 100$ discount plus additional discount on future purchase. Delivery rescheduled for today. Guess what? Still the wrong couch. Now that's two whole days of work that I miss for the couch. The icing on the cake? My couch was delivered to someone else, and you know what? It's now out of stock and back ordered. There's an order coming in another month, but hey, there's 57 people who have already purchased the couch and waiting, so even though they screwed up TWICE and I should already have my couch, I have to wait and maybe I'll get lucky and get it in MARCH. But hey, I got a 100$ and a promise of an extra discount right? Like they think I'm stupid enough to buy anything else there. But hey, it's ok, they have my 2000$ and my couch, so I guess it's a win-win for them. The most frustrating part is that I have friends that work there (whom have been amazing) and even they can't believe this.
