  We are so lucky to have found Brad. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Victoria real estate market, extremely responsive and such a pleasure to deal with. He walked us through each step of the sale of our house with such patience and humour, and was always happy to answer my many questions. Brad gave invaluable advice about preparing our house for sale and helped us find a fantastic declutterer/stager. He got us a much better price for our house than we expected. We couldn’t have done any of this without him and we are so grateful for all of his hard work. I would HIGHLY recommend him, and anyone would be lucky to work with him.

  Brad is an outstanding realtor!! We went through 2 realtors before we found him as our lucky 3 and he is without a doubt the one to choose.   I met Brad through my wife who knew him from Business Networking International. She was greatly impressed with both his professionalism and his record in sales so we listed our condo with him. Due the the nature of a hotel condo, it turned out to be far more complicated to sell than we had expected. We had many buyers who were interested but for one reason or another we couldn't get to completion. Brad was very patient and often said " we'll get the next one". Needles to say, we were becoming greatly demoralized with the process especially in a booming real estate environment. It took us over a year but Brad finally found a buyer with all the necessary prerequisites much to our relief. On pure persistence alone, I would highly recommend Brad but that was only one of his many favourable traits including patience and the desire to perform for his clients.
