  Outstanding customer service! Great staff and excellent workmanship ...I couldn't be more impressed! My side window was smashed in a theft attempt. I took it to Boyd right away and within 45 mins of the incident happening I was in a loaner car and on my way. My car was fixed and ready the following day without issue. I highly recommend!

  I had Boyd replace the windshield in my vehicle and I was not impressed. The finishing was poor and the windshield leaked immediately. I dropped the vehicle off a second time to have the windshield replaced. When I picked up the vehicle the battery was dead. Fortunately, they had a "Jumper". I had the battery and charging system checked out and there was nothing wrong. The mechanic guessed that the doors must have been left open, the lights left on which drained the battery. I sent a email of complaint to Boyd and did not receive a response. Very poor customer service.
