  My husband and I are senior citizens and we have travelled the world together, especially now that we are retired. Because we are not made of money, we prefer to stay in more affordable motels and hotels . That way we can feel more comfortable splurging on delicious meals. That said, this hotel was one of the best we've ever experienced for such a low price in an urban setting. The price truly was amazing and it allowed us to spend quite a bit more on all the lovely restaurants in the area. We ate till we burst! The suite was just what we want in an overnight rental: It was quiet, cozy, spacious and warm. We really had a nice stay. The check in was easy and everything went great. I highly recommend!

  For the price I paid, I have to say this is a decent place. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and well decorated, but I didn't spend a lot of time actually at the hotel. Instead, I was out exploring the city and the nice thing about saving money on the rental was knowing I had some extra cash to spend on my adventures. It's nice that there are still decent places to rent in Montreal for reasonable prices - this is definitely one of those places. Very good deal!

  We stayed here in the summer as we travel to Montreal from Ottawa often to visit friends and family. We like to try different rental units and hotels. Overall, the location can't be beat and the service was decent for a boutique-style lodging. The room we got was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. But mostly it was the location that was spectacular. It was so nice to be able to walk to everything. There is so much going on in Montreal! It is a great city to visit and if you are touring the area, I recommend staying here for easy access to all that the city has to offer.

  I had an amazing stay in early September 2017. Great management team! I was happy with my continental breakfast and nobody lead me to believe I should expect anything more. The place is very clean and the rooms very modern. I loved the concept and will recommend this place to my colleagues as we have to stay downtown a lot for business. I think what I liked best was the location. Being in right in downtown was awesome and, really, the price can't be beat. A traditional hotel would have cost so much more.

  A very interesting boutique hotel with interesting, but cool decor. Wish I got pics of it. The room is spacious with a kitchen, the bathroom is spacious, but shower only big enough for 1 person. The shower doors were falling off their hinges, had to fix repeatedly. The bed is comfy, and the room is painted all black. Very chic and trendy look with an outdoor small balcony that leads to other stairs of the building outside in back. I would book there again. It was quiet too.
