  This is a little gem in St. Henri. They have good prices and a good selection of groceries. The meat is surprisingly not expensive as I thought. Love doing my groceries there!

  For a small supermarket it is surprisingly well stocked with good quality items. The prices are much lower than one would expect for a small market. Overall this location is very highly recommended.

  Best place to shop for food around. Amazing meats, fruits and veggies that are always cheaper than the local grocery stores. The staff is welcoming and nice. They also have a rewards program that allows you to earn points to put toward a discount on your bill. Highly recommend checking it out.

  My favourite spot to buy my meat, veggies and fruits as well as my salted fish. The employees are so amazingly helpful and friendly. They ask how you are everything and always feel welcomed. Their product is such good quality and super fresh and extremely well priced !!! Not to mention they're an amazing small business contribution!! Love this spot!
