  Was there without any prior reservations and we were 15 people. Still they did very well. Fast service. Good food and always smiling staff

  Called for delivery order, it was a simple order of desserts "3 Chocolate explosions and 2 triple chocolate mousse, my location is 15 minutes away max......had to call them an hour later for an update, and was told the delivery driver was not there yet but will send it out in the next 15 minutes with no mention of a discount for the delay....website live says they are less busy then usual. I received a call 15 minutes later, driver asking for address and has problems understanding English. I finally received it one hour and a half later with many calls with the driver. Food was not correct, the chocolate explosions taste sub par and instead of the mousse, they gave me chocolate pudding cups. all for the price of $40.59 Unbelievable! customer service is very bad. Very disappointed! Last time I order at this place. Lesson learned

  Come here a few times a month with my company. They have a team program that you can sign up for to recieve points which allow you to redeem them for free food! Staff are always great.

  Would rate 0 stars if possible. Went in at 8pm on Dec 27. Waited over 5 minutes at the hostess stand for nobody to speak to us. Seated ourselves in the bar where the manager in duty was directing two bar staff to straighten the chairs and how she would like the stand up displays on the table to be arranged. There were two other tables in the bar that had been served. We sat and waited another 5 minutes without any recognition and after informing the manager on duty of the complete lack of service, we left. Will never be back. Barrhaven location is only 8 minutes away and infinitely better.
