  Great food and great atmosphere, our waitress was so funny and got to spend more time in there then we wanted. Just feels like home

  This BP has always treated me and the ones I share the experience with right. There have been times where mistakes were made but they were quickly fixed or another agreement was reached. The staff are always friendly and polite and the service is usually fast.

  No cutlery with take out. Used torn cardboard to eat pasta. Greeter didn't smile or make eye contact. Asked where washroom was... she goes "yes" and continues to ignore me. I asked again and she again refuses to make eye contact and motions over her shoulder. No idea where shes motioning. White customer comes in and she's all smiles and makes eye contact with them.

  Special for the day was nachos and Margueritas. Showed up at 10pm and they were out of nachos and the blender was broken. So here's an idea: make a different special! Or at least offer a comp to people who specifically order them both. No such luck. Also, putting up all the chairs an hour before close can be seen as a sign that our patronage is no longer required.

  Service is slow but they try hard. The food is surprisingly authentic given the location of the place. Good beer and good pizza, average service in the bar area. The dinning area service is top notch.
