  I always enjoy eating at Boston Pizza. The food rarely disappoints. However the staff at this location are not very attentive, and we waited over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us standing at the front when we arrived. I understand that you may be busy (although there were maybe 5 tables seated in the restaurant), but you need to at least let your incoming customers know you will be with them shortly. Once we were seated things got a little better and the food was good.

  The quality of the food was to be expected. Pretty good..no issues there. Our server was very very poor. Took forever to get drinks. So i asked another server where the fountains were so i could go get them. Within 30secs we had our drinks. I had a discussion with the manager regarding our poor service and he informed me that it was his second shift. I suggest our server get more training. In the end the manger fixed all of our issues very satisfactorily. The food was good, all other servers were on top of their game. It was a great place to sit, relax and visit with family. Thanks again Chad.

  Casual hangout place. Food is fine, and the menu is extensive, so it is easy to find something for almost anyone. It is about half lounge and half restaurant, so you can take the family out, or meet up with friends. I find the lounge side a little loud for casual conversation, so the restaurant side is a welcome option for meeting up for snacks or beverages and conversation. It is not a fine dining experience, but that isn't why you would ever come here. Nice casual place to come to. The service was very good for us on a slow, late Monday evening. Hopefully they are that consistent and accommodating during peak hours.

  I ordered wings....completely frozen in the middle once I got them. The utensils I got had food on them. Fries that I got cold and soggy the burger was deeply disappointing. My wife's ribs some kind of fuzz on them and her garlic bread was freshly out of the freezer. My kids pizza liked there pizza but you can't mess up pizza when your name is Boston pizza. Now all of us are sick....and possibly going to the hospital to get our stomach pumped. If your going to eat here make sure that you have a iron stomach.
