  Absolutely worst service ever. Why hire uneducated children to work for you? Judgemental kids really. My friend and I went in and literally the children followed us around, about 3 of them, and didn't even take us around the store to show us all the options they had of wireless headphones. Disappointing. I bought a Boss wireless speaker from Best Buy and after this prejudice experience went back to Best Buy and spent $500 including the purchase of wireless headphones. As a business owner, this level of customer "service" is unacceptable. Horrible experience. Will never set foot near this location again.

  great service. The staff is attentive, patience and friendly. Very knowledge as well. I didn't feel pressure to buy any products. It was great to experience the product in the store. Even though my product wasn't available on that day, they were able to order one within the week to the store. Bose products are great, high quality sound at a reasonable price. Thanks Chassis for your service.
