  Support local. Great experience every time. Plus they have an in house jewler so I never have to wait weeks for sizing or repairs. Been shopping here for years.

  I went there to get my engagement ring resized. They helped me with the perfect size and service was fast and friendly as well as reasonably priced. They even cleaned and polished it like new. I got my ring back within hours of dropping it off.

  OMG customer service!! That was the best experience that I've had in a store before here in Fort Mac!! The gentleman at the cashier greeted and asked me how I was doing. They talked to me and answer every concern I had about my ring. I went there to get my ring resized from 9 to 7.5. It was a fair price, because I went to another place and charged the same thing. But I felt they dealt with people on a daily and they take pride in what they do. And lock up ALL the merchandise (including customers items) So, they care about us and their jobs. Anyways, they did a beautiful job, at resizing my ring. As well as they replaced a stone ( at no cost) that was missing. Big recommendation for us!! They're super kind!!

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Purchased a customized ring as a gift I verified that if needed the ring could be returned or exchanged and was told "yes" my receipt said so also, when I came back an hour later I was told there is no way they could exchange a ring that was already sized and customized!? Rings get resized all the time and they customized the ring by changing out one stone for another, which again is done all the time especially at this thing called a jewellery store...Never purchasing from there again!
