Dr. Ho has been an huge support to me. The office staff are always helpful and friendly. I always leave feeling hopeful and there is always a plan of action.

My personal experience with the reception / staff over the phone and in person have always been pleasant. I first went in 2015 and saw Dr. Nguyen regarding a serious issue and have been looked after since, he will listen to what you have to say and actually do something to benefit you. As of my latest visit today my opinion toward Booth Neurology and Dr. Nguyen warrant 5/5. If you are in need of a Neurologist I highly recommend seeing Dr. Nguyen.

Oddly enough, this doctor's office is one I would not recommend. I say "oddly enough" because doctors offices are typically a business that always achieves a certain high standard of service here in Canada. In any regard, the reception here is hit or miss, and at least one of the persons working there should be let go... it was not a welcoming or smooth registration to say the least, and her coworker had to help her input my most basic contact info both when arriving and departing. Odd. Further, Dr. Karen Ho is the least caring and professional doctor I have ever met. She did not smile once during our meeting and she generally acted in a demeaning - e.g. scoffing at my occupation - and ambivalent manner. What is most appalling is that she contested my statements with four-five other doctors' notes, repeated questions, and overall gave me the idea she was not listening to anything I was saying. Maybe she had a bad day, I don't know... I just can't wait to be done with Dr. Ho unfortunately. Be advised!

Not sure why all the bitter reviews, doctors can't figure out everything especially when it comes to something like the human brain. I guess I came in without that expectation. Dr. Nguyen seems like a competent doctor.

Despicable. Uneducated, closed minded, embarrassing doctors. Money making clinic with short asian neuros fresh outa school. Awkward, uncomforting, unwelcoming staff. More then likely opened the clinic with parents money and are now getting wealthy off the sick and people struggling with epilepsy: not thorough with their care whatsoever, closed minded, controlling, NOT ON YOUR SIDE. Stick with the hospitals folks. Coming from someone who has been learning the ways to live with 3 different kinds of epilepsy since being diagnosed in 2012, and staying optimistic. This clinic was THE worst decision I ever made. Hands down discgusted, little asian man got his back up when I requested for him to help pay for CBD oil trials. When he said no I requested 8mg clonazepam instead and he refused, I walked out, was in the ER having full body myo clonic jerks on the edge of tonic clonic THAT night. I was leaving voicemails saying I ended up in the hospital and they continued to refuse to up my dose. "Fun fact" for ya doc, CBD OIL lowers divalproex sodium levels, start taking the time to comfort and show REAL care like a real doctor does. I'm disgusted. Booth is an absolute joke. I would suggest Dr.Tad at the civic after going through this with 3 different neuros all over CBD or THC strains. Dr.Tad took the time, educated, he explained how CBD actually works and that it can actually lower sodium divalproex levels but is indeed an anticonvulsant. He upped my clonazepam without issue with a 1-2 year plan remaining on divalproex. I would suggest sticking with the neuros at the hospitals, educated, kind, loving, caring, understanding. Booth neurology.....DR. Nugyen, dont have enough respect to care for the spelling of your last name ........YOU DISGUST ME. Kyle Shackles
