  This is where all the electrical and plumbing contractors go. Can't find it any place else they'll have it. They also have a large show room with great displays of bathrooms.

  We purchased all our fixtures from Boone. We have had issues with almost all of them. Our new master bath is unusable because of a product Boone strongly recommended that was new on the market and turned out to be quite flimsy and plagued by design flaws. They did not resolve the issue for us but they did contact the manufacturer and asked us to deal directly with them, which after six months did not result in a repair. A high end shower faucet failed as well, and the salesperson we spoke to did not offer to have it repaired, but suggested we buy a new one at our own expense. In that case however the manufacturer thankfully provided great customer service and replaced the bad components. Their prices are quite high unless you buy through a contractor who will pass on their discount. We are devastated by our unusable new bathroom because of the product they sold us and inability to take ownership of the problem and resolve it in a timely manner. The initial sales help we received there was excellent, but due to the issues we experienced afterwards, I would have reservations about shopping there again.

  If you are looking for a hard to find plumbing part that you need, look here. The Boone staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a nice showroom too.

  If you need parts order online from eBay or amazon cheaper and most of the time fasted (delivered to your door) - no need to travel up and down wasting time and charging customers for unnecessary time... Customers should also be aware that they will get charged extra if parts or any other items comes from Boone Plumbing. Lots of people behind the counter, not too many able to help.
