  Family operated since 1927, I have known the family since I was 6 years old, great service mom and pop type shop! From pro supplies and best paints to unfinished furniture to fully finished, they also have custom furniture service. Real wood is best

  Great selection of high quality furniture, paints and wood treatment products. Found a Zinsser shellac product here that I had been searching for and unable to find in store anywhere else!

  Walked in to their store, great selection.. Bonds Decor collection is not Ikea style...they have quality Canadian made items. also, staff was friendly as well. Check them out if you're looking for a nice and durable piece of furniture

  Had a custom dresser made by them. They were able to match the stain of my existing headboard perfectly, I'll give them that. However it took over two months to make the dresser and when it arrived it had no knobs or handles. I had to purchase handles separately so that was an extra $80. They came back to install the handles and the top one is not even aligned properly. I also had to send the dresser back as it was not stained in one place and the two bottom drawers were touching each other if open at the same time, so again more delays. They fixed the stain but could not fix the drawers. On top of that a lot of issues communicating with the staff at Bonds Decor. A few times I left phone messages requesting call backs and received none, same for communications via email. I had paid for the dresser up front so it definitely sends the message that once they have their money they don't care about customer service as much. Scheduling delivery times was also an issue but they were content to say that most companies don't even say when they will do the delivery. Lets face it who likes to sit and wait at home all day for the delivery guy to show up? Is it this hard to give an approximate delivery time or call when on their way? I find this unfortunate because over all it is a nice piece of furniture but the whole experience was unpleasant so I don't think I will go there again or recommend Bonds Decor to friends or family.
