  I am amazed on how the Yoga and Tai Chi at the ChunHwa Training Centre can be powerful. I have been a member for more than 9 years now.   The Body and Brain Healing Centre is a welcoming, peaceful place with a wonderful group of people coming to the classes to share in the healing experience. My overall health and feeling of wellness has improved since that fateful morning when I stumbled upon a class in the park. I thoroughly enjoy the classes and the skillful, spirited leaders continue to encourage and challenge me to work with my body's own energy to heal. Through this practice I am learning who I am.

  This Body and Brain Healing Centre provides very helpful and practical training programs for all age of people. It has lead me not only for releasing tensions physically through different exercises , but also made me understand my own body and mind. Most importantly is to learn how to utilize our own energy flow to open up the blockages inside and heal them by ourselves and share with the others. I am very thankful for what I have learned at the Centre, and wish that more people could be benefited from those good programs.

  Body & Brain Healing offers a complete system for enhancing physical, emotional and spiritual health and well being. The more often you go the better it gets. I have been a regular, usually attending classes seven days a week since I started eight months ago, and I have had incredible gains in flexibility, balance, strength and clarity. Aside from the Centre having a very calming environment, the teachers are always welcoming and after a while everybody is like part of a family.
