::Amazing setting. ... little restaurant, very cozy , candle lighting. Great place for especial occasions or a romantic dinner date. Great food.

::The restaurant is beautiful, the decor, ambience, vibe and feel is really amazing. The service is excellent as well, the waiters are very friendly and very professional. As for the food, I tried appetizers and snacks, 5 of them though, like the major ones on the menu. The presentation is 5 stars, but and I must say they all taste just ok, nothing that will blow your mind or make you say wow!! When you count the price in for these plates, it is just not worth it for the food. So I ended up not ordering any mains thinking it would be the same.

::Been here a bunch of times (at least 5) and usually good. But last night service was terrible. Missed one of my orders. Told them forget it don't want it now that I'm done other tapas. Waitress/bartender was terrible. Had to grab another waiter to get my drink freshen up. Place was dead so don't know the issue. Original waiter went home since place was dead, he was good. Left with bartender waiting my table and she was clueless. Guess I'm done here, since not paying overpriced food if service is terrible.

::Le Bocata est le lieu idéal pour un repas en tête à tête dans une ambiance feutrée. La carte saisonnière propose des plats fait à base de produits terre et mer locaux. Les portions sont parfaites. Et les serveurs très accueillants. Il faut réserver à l'avance car l'endroit est prisé. Les prix un peu élevés correspondent à la qualité de la cuisine. Dans le top 10 des restaurants de Montréal sans hésitations.

::Too much hype for poor service, over-crowded spot and limited menu. Even with a reservation had to wait 15 minutes. So, I decided to use the washroom. There was only one for both m/f so I had to wait some more. Then finally seated, we ordered a bottle of wine and started in on it. Thirty minutes later our waiter still had not shown up. He was more interested in taking shots at various tables and giving complimentary glasses of wine to other patrons to make up for some other issues no doubt. I asked for my bill and left. Steer clear of this place.
