  I recently had some issues with my credit card and the staff ( especially Sergio the manager) at this branch went above and beyond to help me sort this out. I am always greeted with a smile and I know that the staff really care about their customers.

  Tellers are friendly but wait times are horrible. Waited 15 minutes for a manager to sign a bank draft. Absolutely ridiculous!!
