  Wil be closing al our family accounts ,who is this bank to say what I can or can not buy .It's my money and you guys going to prevent me from buying crypto .What a world do we live in that you as a bank going to decide how I spend my hard earned money .thank you for your services for over 14years we have +800k we are pulling out of your bank !!!!!??

  After being a customer of BMO for 17 years, I was told I was not a long term full customer with them to get a medialion stamp. And then the excuse became we do it but don't really do it. I could not get a straight answer out of them. I have NEVER be so disrespected in my life. Incredibly frustrating experience. Pick ANY bank then BMO!

  I go to this BMO a lot because I work around the area so I was prepared for the long line ups. But I wasn't happy with the poor customer service I received from one of the CSRs. I needed to make a payment through Western Union to Australia for the upcoming years tuition. Western Union had sent me an instruction email saying that I could go to any bank, show them the details on the email and they would be able to make the payment for me. This particular CSR told me I could only go to RBC to make the payment because that was the other persons bank. When I pushed them by asking them if there was any other way, he just insisted on me getting a bank draft to bring to RBC. After work, I had to rush over to the Yaletown BMO - since they closed at 6PM, to try to do exactly the same thing I wanted to do during my lunch break. But this BMO was a lot more helpful. Right away the CSR told me that it was probably going to be a wire transfer because all the information given on the email was for that type of transaction. On top of that, he also gave me the option of the bank draft, but suggested the wire transfer would be better. He completed the transaction right there and then. I was super happy he was able to do that for me, and he even chased me out the door because he had missed a signature. Overall, I would rather go further and use a different BMO branch than the one at the Bentall Centre. I am disappointed that the main BMO branch has a lack of customer service and general banking knowledge.

  There is a guy called Vandad he always ask many stupid questions even some private questions he doesn't have to know. It's really makes me mad.

  I really don't want to waste time writing a review. But this is the 2nd time I'm here the line is always long at least 10-15 min wait to talk to a teller. The nice front desk is empty both times I come here. The csr are nice though that's why 2 stars.
