  WATCH OUT FOR OVER CHARGE! I was sending two letters to overseas and one letter is heavier than the other. The shorter guy who was helping me was weighing both letters by hand and then he put the heavier one on the scale and used that weight to charged me for both letters. He should weigh each one separately! Watch out for that!

  I was there on the 19th of December and it was quite empty and I felt lucky at this time of year to get service that quickly. The guy at the other end surprised me by being EXTREMELY RUDE and kept asking me ridiculous questions like “ is there anything else” when I had laid 5 packages in front of him. After each package he asked me the same question. On top of that when it was time to pay, he just left me and went to the other till because he had sent his co-worker to “go get coffee for him”. There was an old lady asking for stamps and I can not believe how rude he was to her. It was unbelievably disrespectful and he just seemed like an A$$#@||€ in general. I understand why there were less people there, because I personally would never go back there to do my business.

  Totally agree with Eva! Although the line up is long, they are fast and efficient!!

  Both gentlemen working here are fast and pleasant. They are always going an extra mile to please their clients. Even if the line up is long, their customer service is exemplary!

  "Joe" at the post office was very rude.
