  Hired this company to install a cook-top. Bloor Dovecourt sub-contracted with an electrician that did a poor job. When using the cook-top it shorted the entire unit. I hired an electrician who told me what the issue was. I provided both the work order and the before and after photographs. Bloor Dovecourt then asked me get reimbursed from the electrician who send me several text messages explaining that it wasn't his problem. I will never hire or buy anything from this company again.

  Knowledgeable friendly staff. Very professional and are easy to get in touch with. Delivery and installation was seamless. Would not shop anywhere else in the city for appliances.

  Looong story short. Bought a stove that did not meet my standards to the point i felt it was defective. Joe the owner eventually refunded me after multiple service calls. Apparently this is a rare thing for an appliance store owner to do, and i really appreciated it. staff were always polite, Joe was involved with the situation which is nice as he is the owner. I know BDA can't control every aspect of the equipment they sell, but it is reassuring that they would make things right with customers like myself.

  This place is so professional. They treat each person with respect and have very reasonable prices. Glad I found this place during my search for a dehumidifier. You won't be sorry if you buy from here. Very friendly and insightful on products.
