  TLDR Review: quality products used, reasonably good service provided, reasonable price, good / desired results on my face. However, too sales focused which can take away from the relaxing aspect of the spa experience. & This location is open on tuesday despite what google says. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Full Review This place is in the PATH underground, it's not the main level its below ground. I had some trouble initially finding the place but that's at no fault of the store. I was just unfamiliar with the location, so be advised it's in the lower level of 65 Queen. Some things you should know, I have dry to normal skin, with minimal break outs, minimal pimples, quite a few black heads on my nose and some under the skin bumps/ pimples. My skin also typically looks dull and tired. It can also have an uneven texture / tone. In short I opted for the extraction facial as I felt i needed a general clean up and colour correction. The facial was done in an open room with many seats available for other facial clients. It is not done in a private room. The cost is about 60$ and includes a face/ head massage, steam, face mask, exfoliation, sun screen, extraction and etc. It lasts 30 minutes. I felt this was a reasonable and fair price. As i was having the facial done the esthetician kept commenting on how i needed microdermabrasion & attempting to get me to upgrade. I am familiar with the treatment and felt it was too extreme for my skin as I have such minor issues and fairly good skin. There were numerous attempts at upselling or product selling during my facial which i did not appreciate. I was there for a facial to relax for 30 minutes but was consistently asked about products & upselling. It partially ruined my experience. I understand this is common practise in some salons but it's not what I want. ask me once sure, after i say no, that should be that. I was interested in their physical sunscreen but the cost was 45 dollars.... i can easily buy physical sunscreen online for far cheaper. In conclusion, the facial did what i expected, it cleared my skin, provided smoothness, softness, hydration and in general gave me a glow. I enjoyed the results and I would go back strictly to get similar results. However, i wont be back any time soon as i will be trying new places that are less sales focused to get that total spa experience.
