  Was just at their store, signed in as requested thinking they helped people based on their sign in queue, but nope. I browsed for 5 mins patiently waiting until someone was free then the lady at the front counter ended up helping someone else who walked in after me. Not impressed. I waited a few more minutes then walked out. Will just spend my money on custom blinds elsewhere since they clearly don’t want my money.

  Blinds are good. but they make is a bit small (in width) even if I'm 100% sure about my measurements. Not sure how well they execute their lifetime warranty on mechanism. So far my blinds work fine but probably not more than a few years.. Their promotions are extremely useless for a small shopper.

  I actually had fun shopping here for a new blind for my kitchen. Staff was really helpful and offered great advice. I'll definitely shop here in the next phase of redecorating.
