  The young guy (named Fr) sitting next to the ATM as Bitcoiniacs staff was so kind and helpful. He helped me went through all the transactions with explanation and answered all the questions I had. The best staff ever!!

  I love that this service is even available, but the premium you pay is just ridiculous. It was over 20% today.

  Went the extra mile to help me on a day when he was unable to make it in because of snow on the highway. I texted him to see if he was going to make it in, and he called back right away. He spent quite a while helping me, and offering options he could help with from home. Which really helped me that day. Felt totally in expert hands and could not see how he could have possible been more friendly. Definitely the place to go.... Just as a side note: I don't understand people getting upset because the waves barristers don't know much about the machine. I mean if you are having trouble with a bank atm in Starbucks do the Starbucks employees help you with banking advice? It is there as a location, don't confuse the two.... I saw it while I was there as well, people expecting help from Waves. I guess people assume it is associated with waves even though it is clearly a different company altogether. Anyway, waves people were friendly enough to the people I saw who seemed to expect them to help them with buying and selling bitcoins... ;)

  If you buy here they charge $2000 above market value. If you sell they sell at $2000 below market value! Plus charge massive miner fees, plus an extra five bucks to remind you how badly you just got -#@k^d ! Basicallly a withdrawl of $60, cost me an added $60. This is the worst way of attaining or selling BitCoin. Waves is good for coffee, not BTC.

  I went here yesterday to sell my Bitcoin, I arrived at 11am which is when their sign in the door says they are open, it was sill closed, I then checked their website which said they open at 11:30am so I waited until 12pm and they were still closed. Finally I called the number provided and the man on the phone said his employee was not there and they would not be open until 1:30 because he had to take a drivers test..how unprofessional is that?! I came back at 1:30 and they still weren't open. They failed to leave a sign or some type of notice stating that they wouldn't be open. I sahave several people outside waiting as well who were just as frustrated by this flakey joint. I ended up selling my bitcoins to a few people waiting outside to buy from him and we all avoided the extremely high fees they charge. He charges upwards of 20$ per 100$ bought or sold which is a rip off. Anyone looking to buy Bitcoin is better off going across the street to the waves coffee house and use the ATM in there. Glad I was able to find buyers and never have to let this unprofessional, lazy sloth take my money in ridiculous fees. Avoid this place and take your bitcoin elsewhere
